4 parties, 5 nights out to eat (4 lunches out too- not that I’m complaining!) and then candy galore until I-ahem, I mean the kids feel sick of it all ;o) My mother-in-law was here to visit and we were really really busy.
PLUS, I’ve been working on a deadline-the all new 2009 calendar. In full color! I’m soooooooooooo excited about it, and am putting the finishing touches on it right now…and now you all know what you want for Christmas, right?
Add on top of all this that I had to read the latest David Sedaris book- When You Are Engulfed in Flames (really good!), AND watch Sex and the City the movie (sucks-what the hell were they thinking? the show was so awesome, did they think they could just get by without a script? How many pages was it, ten? I’m used to -with my love of romantic comedies- the music montage taking up time in the middle of a script. Heck, I expect a good montage. But 4? That’s called killing time, and just made me bitter. And speaking of bitter, am I supposed to be happy about the end? SPOILER ALERT! Samantha leaves her awesome man for what? endless casual sex? And then we don’t even get to see any sex, so we must assume that she’s just going to hang out with her dog into her old age? Am I supposed to be happy about that? And Miranda and Carrie have been in super crappy relationships for YEARS and then at the end they both settle to be in them some more? (granted Miranda and her guy have a child, so of course they should stay together if they’re able to work it out, but Carrie and Big are just a mess. don’t get me started;o)! I wasn’t a huge fan of Made of Honor, but with this movie I just feel pissed off. Like they weren’t even trying.) Oh, what the hell was I doing? Oh, that’s right, I was working on my calendar. Okay, enough procrastinating!
Love,
Heather

I am VERY VERY excited about the calendar. I still have the first three all saved.
Heather in Tucson (for two more weeks!)
HA HA I read the newest David Sedaris book too! He just kills me!
Congrats on the flutter, I loved that.
Definitely asking for the calendar for Christmas! I have this year’s
Flutters are my favorite part of pregnancy, congrats!
You should put up a poll and let us all guess the sex!
Awww, sometimes I think I feel my baby fluttering around, but saying as though I’m only 11 weeks, I’m sure it’s just gas!
What’s weird is that 16 months later, I still have phantom kicks. I am most certainly not pregnant, but it sure does feel like it sometimes. I must be gassier than I was pre-pregnancy
