Dear Mamas and Papas,

They will be feeding it with causes that most of us will be interested in, hopefully most of the time. I’m thrilled to have been chosen as a “leading parenting site” and am so grateful to have so many thoughtful and educated readers of my blog. In case you think that might be just the cherry on top of the cake for me, that I’m out on my yacht with all the moolah I make already, here’s the truth about my free comics. I don’t make a living at them. Unless I was alone on an island in the south pacific and only needed a fistful of dollars to trade for chocolate and red wine with passing cruise ships.
