Most of them can copy just about anything from an original... or at least help you to modify a pattern and make it the way you want it. I was also going to suggest eBay (aka "The World's Yard Sale") but someone beat me to it. I found my mother's discontinued china pattern on there, gave her cups for Mother's Day, and made her cry!
